bsa 2022
The bsa 2022, which stands for the Building Safety Act 2022, was introduced in direct response to the Grenfell Tower fire tragedy. This legislation aims to reform building safety regulations in key areas, including new regimes for higher-risk residential buildings, enhanced protections for residents and homeowners, and clearer standards and guidance. It applies across all sectors, outlining the responsibilities of clients, designers, and contractors. If you are pursuing a career as a contractor, having a strong understanding of these mandatory safety regulations is essential. To support your professional development, the College of Contract Management offers live online courses to help you gain the knowledge and competence needed to succeed in the industry.
