1955 1956 stainless

Has anyone tried to make a 1956 look like a 1955 by taking the stainless off a a 1956 and cover all the holes for stainless , I think it could work what do you guys think.

a 1956 with no stainless on the side.

I thought about that the other day, just remove 56 stainless and cover the holes. Should look great
